This is an all-inclusive client-side service with the Engineer taking the responsibility of managing and organizing our clients’ entire project from inception to completion including:

• Coordination and oversight of architectural, engineering, and interior design elements.

• Tender preparation, review and assessment to evaluate contractor bids and ensuring competitive pricing and quality

• Liaison between critical stakeholders including councils, certifiers, consultants and contractors

• Conducting regular inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
